Production Timelines

Pre-order Items:
Exomis may offer pre-order options for certain items.
Pre-order windows will be open for 2 weeks.

Exomis' standard production timeline applies to all pre-order items and begins after the 2 week pre-order window has closed.

Payment for all pre-ordered items is collected in full, at the time of order.

Standard Orders:
Exomis currently operates with a 6-week production timeline.

Although all attempts are made to reduce this timeline, all items ordered may take up to 6 weeks to produce.

Shipping times begin after garments are completed.

Occasionally, items can be rushed 

Shipping Terms

All items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Customers will receive email communications with tracking info once packages are prepared for shipping.

Exomis makes every attempt to represent delivery times accurately.

Exomis assumes no responsibility for shipping delays once packages are received into the care of USPS.

Lost and stolen packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all shipping information has been entered correctly.
In the event of checkout with incorrect shipping information, Please contact Exomis immediately. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All items sold through Exomis are eligible for return and refund unless otherwise specified in the item description.

To qualify for return, customers must contact Exomis via email within 7 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

To qualify for refund, all items must be in unworn and unwashed condition.

Upon receipt, Exomis will inspect all items to ensure that they meet qualifications for refund.

Refunds will be credited to customers via the same payment method used at checkout.
If the original payment method is no longer available, Exomis will make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are credited to customers according to the processing times specified by the customer's banking institution. This window is typically 7-10 business days, but may vary by banking institution.
Exomis takes no responsibility for processing times once a refund has been issued from Exomis.
